@@sumokilla5378 100% agree with you. Biggest mistake on dealers end I saw was 3rd hand in, when she dealt herself pair of 6's first, rather than dealing to player first. Was the only hand I saw that happen as well. Completely changed the hand, since dealer would have gotten the flush instead.

This dealer is terrible. I would let her take the money wrong every time without paying and then call the floor, make them stop the game and check the video. She would get fired after five or six time of this.

@@texdevildog9174 thats not necessarily true. although there would be a high likelihood that she would get a write up with the house and a (RoD) with the states gaming commission. i would alway, always, always, tell the dealer if a mispayment happens though most of the time a mispayment like that will be caught and the house will ask for the money back anyway and if u refuse u will most likely have no action at the tables at minimum if not asked to leave. just like if the casino owed you money (and it was caught by you, the dealer, floor, or cameras) they would pay you.

Time 3:18 Dealer mis-deals taking 1st set of cards. This qualify's her with a pair of 6's (that belong to 1st position player who ends up loosing), 2nd position player received flush which actually belonged to the dealer. 2nd position actually would have had loosing hand if dealt correctly 😢

So with that thought process about long shifts. Nurses work longer shifts and would you want them messing up no. The dealers just don’t pay attention they are like robots you can ask what their last card was and the majority don’t know. The great ones will cause they love their jobs but the majority don’t care and that shows through their customer service skills
