Those springs are drop-dead gorgeous, and the parks are well appointed and maintained. When I did my Launches & Landings video for the Econfina, I was lucky enough to have conversations with 2 park employees...They were more than willing to take time to answer questions, very knowledgeable about the parks and the creek, and all around delightful to talk to! Hoping to get back down there real soon...Stay Safe!

They are very nice. I think Bay County does well with up keep. I'm sure Bay County has more funds to spread around, due to beach tourism, as well. Have a good weekend. Hope the thumb is healing nicely👍

That was Virginia Creeper. It is harmless. It has the 5 leaflets and is in the grape family. PI has leaflets of 3 and has notches in the outer "thumbs". I did not notice much or any PI in this video other than up in some trees off the trail. You were safe and I think they manage for PI since kids are not taught how to identify our native plants very well. Oh and Virginia creeper like Poison Ivy (PI) are both natives of the Eastern United States.

Oops, I Honestly thought it was Poison Oak.. didn't even count the leaves at the time. I'm super allergic to everything, (except maybe grass🤣) Being a native of S Alabama I guess I really should've known. But Thanks & Thats good to know!! Thanks for the info..and I really appreciate you watching!!
