I actually owned the manga issue with Bobobo summoning Yugi. The artist wrote a note later in the book saying he met Takahashi at a convention and asked for an art swap. So Bobobo summoned Yugi, and in a Yu-Gi-Oh manga, Joey uses the handkerchief used by a Bobobo character covered in the Japanese character for 'Nu'.
