What changes would you make to this setup? how would you make it lighter?

Good stuff. I would combine your breakfast ingredients into one ziplock bag (or individual bags for each morning), swap the bulky cracker box and CousCous box for ziplocks, downsize the toilet roll (you dont need all that for 3 days) and the toothpaste tube and swap out the full length toothbrush for a travel one.

I kinda wanna grab one of those Neros from Zpacks. they look cool. I like how the sitpad sits in the back panel as well. I also like Evel bags.

Im entrigued how people keep it so light, then i see you have a cheap electronic lighter for fire (i carry a full fire kit with fero rod etc), no knife (i wouldnt ever leave into the woods without a quality fixed blade knife), you carry 6 water purification tabs (takes 2 per quary for questionable water). I carry another means to pump water like a Sawyer, Katadyn or an H20GO. You have 1 pair of socks for 3 days? I also would always have a gun with me. Packing this way means if you need any additional water or food etc you are essentially fucked. My way i would essentially live indefinitely. I could filter hundred of gallons of water, hunt, fish, etc. solar panel to recharge electronics etc. But cool to see how you do it. Maybe ill try a few methods one of these days

It's probably worth taking a look at how many calories you regularly eat, and then adding a few onto that. In an average day I eat 2 to 3000 calories. So more calories works well for me.
