Thank you for being one of my new comfort channels. My anxiety recently has been high due to a lot of things with work and financial stress. But something about watching travel videos with no voice over and seeing someone share tips for traveling like a local in a place I really want to go someday, my head and my heart can breathe and just be. Please keep doing these videos as you are able and know it is a blessing to the world.
Proud to hear that the waltz playing at departure is a MEXICAN ONE called SOBRE LAS OLAS...beautiful culture an country, hope i can go soon with my children.
It’s amazing to see a different non-Western ferry. I travel by ferry a lot, often sleeping on the chairs on the passenger deck. We have many more arcades. Sometimes a cinema. But rooms (cabins) are more expensive. There are NEVER baths. Even on overnight ferries. I love the idea of the cheapest room on the ferry. I would never mind sleeping on the floor. Only if I was over the engine. The subtitles are funny, sometimes they are exact. Sometimes a word has two meanings, and the one the translation chooses is not the usual word, but makes the sentence poetic. Thank you for showing me your country.

Great trip. The moment when your ship departing from Nagoya is awesome, passing some freight port close to industrial area. Because the ship passing Pacific Ocean, it's normal when there is rough journey. The transit time in Sendai was good, and bringing viewers back to the past.

For a trip like this, I'd probably bring a digital media player and hook it up to the TV in the room. Spend the trip watching movies and TV shows saved on the media player, no worries about internet or anything. Just relaxing.

As always, it seems that you enjoyed every moment on the ferry with great meals from the buffet line, soft toy entertainment in the game centre and outdoor seaview. ☺️☺️☺️

Bookmarked to watch when I get home from the office tonight -- looking forward to it! UPDATE: Well done on building the Minibrick ferryboat, and thank you for the very special treat with the classic DE10 locomotive pulling a string of modern TaKi 1000 tank cars at 21:02! I didn't expect a freight train in a ferryboat video!
@あい-e4d2q2 жыл бұрын
The diesel locomotive seems to be DE65-1, not DE10. Originally DE15-1538 belonging to JR East Nagaoka Vehicle Center.

It’s nice to see a travel video, given my own sad circumstances; from lockdown until now, boat trips are too expensive and not as “service-full” as they used to be pre-COVID. Videos like this have given me the desire to travel again.
