There is this 'other' world within these vlogs. It's playful and fun and optimistic, so when I get weighed down with stuff I pick a sunny spot outside, plop a vlog on and just sit in the colour around me. Is this comment unnecessarily poetic? Yes. Do I care? No. This pocket of the internet is earnest and bright and that is a good thing

I made a week worth of paintins in advance in the last 2-3 weeks and had them scheduled, it made my work a lot easier. The first week was hard, because after getting home from work I didn't have much time if I wanted to also chill a little at night, so I worked my ass off. Then I made many on the weekend and scheduled them for the next week and 1-2 more days depending on how many I had made. Some were very simple ideas to finish them sooner, but I managed to do all :) Proud of myself for that.

I only managed to do day 1, day 2 and day 5. I meant to continue on day 10, thinking everything else would settle down by then, they did not. I did try for day 25 but I was already running on low battery and just gave into my tiredness. I do love a lot of the prompt words, so I'm gonna draw my favorites for regular art.

This year is the first year when I haven't been able to join in with peachtober in years, and it breaks my heart but I've been moving house and trying to do everything was too much. I do want to try to do them when I am free again though. I know I will miss out on the hashtag though. My 'style' is very different from yours, darker, and not as colourful, sometimes I wonder if I made it more similar in style and colour would that get it noticed more?
