I've been watching you for a long time and just seeing the strides you made and how sucessful you became - it's so amazing to see. I can only imagine how tough times were, but you made it out of that everytime and reached new hights. I have been unpacking from a move. I saw a reel on Instagram where a woman was talking about cleaning rooms. She would have bins or boxes for other rooms with her in the room she was cleaning. I did this with unpacking. I would be unpacking boxes in the kitchen and have a "bedroom" box, a "laundry" box, a "I don't even know" box, etc. If I came across something that was for another room. I placed it in that box. This helped me stay on track. You might be able to adapt this for your studio move. Have other task boxes or piles and if something related to another task comes up, put it in that pile. You could also do this with lists. You could have different physical lists for different tasks. If something pops into your head for a particular task, put it on that task's list. Also, stupid walks for your stupid mental health :)
