Papaya is one of my favorite fruits but I find them to be so hit or miss. Sometimes its perfectly sweet, sometimes its watery, sometimes its super bitter/soapy. Hope you find some good papaya milk!!! Love the vlog as always :]

@PrinceMichixxx: There are many different varieties of papaya. It helps to learn them. Hawaiian and Mexican papayas are major types. You can eat the black seeds. unripe papaya tastes very bitter if you try to eat it. A fresh squeeze of lime adds a fresh zest to the fruit, which kills its bad odor and also neutralizes its bitterness. Look for papayas that have yellow and green stripes. This means they were more ripe when harvested, then wait for them to turn yellow and a little soft before cutting them open. One method to try: carefully score the skin of the papaya with the knife vertically along the fruit lightly. Make sure to not pierce the flesh of the fruit, just the skin, or you run the risk of your papaya rotting before it's even ripe enough to eat. The scoring helps the papaya release ethylene and ripen more quickly, and leads to an exceptionally sweet fruit.
