Mcleodganj is a small yet beautiful suburb in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. The place is known for its breathtaking Tibetian culture and serene landscapes. Transport:
Mumbai to Chandigarh by train (INR 700 to 2000) Takes approx 30Hrs
Chandigarh to McLeodganj by bus - (INR 300 to 1300) Takes approx 6Hrs
Total transport cost - INR 2000 to 4000 approx
*Option 2 - Fly to Delhi and take a bus to Dharamshala from Kashmiri gate, since flight tickets to Delhi are comparatively cheap and saves time. It will take the bus 12 hours from Delhi to reach Dharamshala.

Lot of details are missing. Like how to reach? Where to stay? Modes or transport? How to arrange for transport accomodation? Alternative accomodation. Video may become big but viewers will really love to watch it. I have seen 5 vedios it's like fast forward. Can't understand many things.

piyush dhamale you can take either bus or plane to Dharamsala. There is no train. And from the airport or bus stop you will need to take a taxi to reach to your hostel. On my way to Dharamsala from New Delhi I took a bus, it was about 11 hrs ride. And from bus stop i took taxi (it was arranged by the agency where i booked my YTTC). However on my way back i took a flight. In downtown you can basically walk anywhere you want. Mcleodganj is downtown, you can stay there and you will have easy access to the most attractions.

Was in Amritsar and had 2 days off...chose Vaishno Devi n Patni Top over Mcleodganj thinking Mcleodganj is just some mountain with snow covering...I was so so wrong... firstly vaishno devi was such a let down and watching this made me realize Mcleodganj is not all about Triund Hill top... या पावसाळ्यात, त्यापुढील थंडीत, सुट्टीत मनसोक्त भटकंती करा, नवनवीन निसर्गरम्य जागा हुडकून काढा. तिथे असण्याचा पुरेपूर आनंद घ्या, तिथे फोटो काढून सोशीलनेटवर्क वर प्रसिद्ध देखील करा ....... परंतु चुकून देखील ती जागा नेमकी कुठे आहे ते कुणाला सांगू नका. कारण अशी प्रसिद्धी मिळाल्याच्या काही वर्षांतच त्या ठिकाणी अफाट माणसं, गाड्या, दारुच्या बाटल्या, प्लास्टिकच्या पिशव्या यांचा ढीग तिथे साचेल व त्या परिसराचा जीव गुदमरायला लागेल. ( मी कुणी मोठा निसर्ग रक्षक नाही पण माझ्याकडून किमान त्या ठिकाणांची हानि होणार नाही एवढं तरी मी केलं पाहिजे. )
