Some food is like everyday normal food instead of ultra decadent creamy fatty food so it may seem not as outstanding as others. I'm glad you had a great time in Tainan! These places looks very nice.

hmm it depends, some places do have an English menu, but for those smaller local eateries, you might want to keep Google Translate handy!
