3 days kayaking in the 1000 islands + itinerary + tips

I have paddled these islands for more than fifty years and still have a few secret places to camp, even though the waters are very busy at the height of summer. With the prevailing winds, the current and the width of the river can sure make some rough waters. Although the summers in the 1000 Islands are beautiful, I like to paddle there in the early spring and the late fall, when it is quieter. I always enjoy seeing the experiences of people new to the river. Thanks for this!
