Hi, Love the simplicity of your videos, and the sweet gesture of thanks after each meal. It is nice to see Japan for the first time. I have a few questions: - Do all the meals have to be heated in microwave? No other options? - Do you ever get to eat fresh vegetables? - There is so much plastic packaging for everything! Do all those plastic wrappers get recycled? - Were you the only passenger on the ferry?! :)
Wish this deserves a sub. I love watching travelers because it inspires me in becoming a full time traveler one day 👍🏻👍🏻

This world is rapidly passing away and I hope that you repent and take time to change before all out disaster occurs! Belief in messiah alone is not enough to grant you salvation - Matthew 7:21-23, John 3:3, John 3:36 (ESV is the best translation for John 3:36) if you believed in Messiah you would be following His commands as best as you could. If you are not a follower of Messiah I would highly recommend becoming one. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life - Revelation 3:20. Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God. Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc. Have a blessed day!

Yeah also Japan is notorious for the plastic waste they create
@marcd68972 жыл бұрын
@@skyhappy yeah, I thought exactly the same. I mean, on a ferry choices are probably very limited when it comes to re-usable stuff, but seeing all this plastic that will be either burnt or goes to landfill, is really horrifying (the sad thing is, people still believe in the nonsense fairy tale called recycling and think using endless plastic for everything is quite alright :-( ).
@SarahWelstead2 жыл бұрын
@@skyhappy Japan has something like 350 waste-to-energy plants, which is why I think they're a little less concerned about excess packaging than you'd expect. WTE is basically incineration but with cleantech, so you turn huge piles of garbage into tiny amounts of ash; no harmful chemicals are released into the air; and the heat generated is used to power homes or businesses. And it requires a lot less space than a landfill, which of course has long been a problem for Japan. I think Japan's WTE plants account for 34% of its waste. I wish they'd use them more in North America.

These kinds of ferries always feel like a whole different world because they are clearly designed for truck drivers/cargo lorries/etc rather than your average tourist so they feel more industrial and a little like they don’t live in 2022 like the rest of us. There’s a charm to that.

I have to say, I stumbled across one of your videos, and it has rekindled an old desire to travel. Because of your charming uploads I have my heart set on exploring Japan, once the pandemic and political tensions are resolved... And once I've slimmed down. Will a month will be all I need to explore Japan? My only wish is that I can make some native friends in Japan so that I don't have to travel alone or miss any good spots. ;P I have been learning Japanese to help make the language barrier less of a hassle while I'm there. It's exciting to be able to read bits of writing of another language! But at the same time, the Japanese language using three different sets of characters (Hiragana, Katakana, AND Kanji) for writing is really confusing -- but I think is worth it to learn them in the end. Plus, I could have a marketable skill, or just watch anime without subtitles or dubbing! I enjoy these videos very much, and I look forward to the ones you make in the future! If you were to make videos about hotels in the mainland, it would blow my mind. どうぞよろしく、STJ. いとまごい!
