Wow - What a clever script & very well executed too!! This actress is a newer face & became famous after I left India, decades ago, so I've only recently seen her in films. She's so lovely!! Feminine, graceful & exuberates a self confidence that makes her right for every role I've seen her in!! Her English is better than most, (although most Indians speak, read & write English well) and she speaks it without a desi accent yet with a feminine Indian style that is very lovable. I remember her playing a south Indian in one film & a Maharashtrian (if I recall correctly) in another & each time she convinced me that she must be one, to know how to portray one so well!? The cast selection was very good!! Each of the men fit their parts & Naseeruddin Shah was in his element here!! Very interesting & entertaining through out, and well deserving of yet another👍from me, toooo!! Namaste🙏from USA.

I was fortunate enough to this movie in the mall multiplex theater, back when malls were the happening trend. And yes before this I've seen Shawshank Redemption as well. Now I would say the brilliant and genius Nagesh took mind-blowing step to the story and took that Hollywood movie to even a further twist to the story and did a spectacular job. I mean if all the killing scenes were shown in this video, like I saw in the theater, you could see how Naseeruddin's character did not kill all three victims intentionally, it was all accidents as he always maintained his version. He admitted the bank teller as accident before, but later in the end it is shown that both of the victims he pushed and they got killed as accidents. Hence nobody killed anybody with any intentions and that's the brilliance of this thriller. Wonderful twist Nagesh, hats off to you still.

Jagadish had every intention of killing so must be guilty of at least attempted murder - go figure. All the same I really liked this movie; it showcases Naseruddin Shah's acting talents. It's easy to act afraid or angry but to act out these scenes takes a lot of skill. Jackie was very good too but nothing like the old master.
