1 liter of milk (5 cups).
125 g of butter (3/4 cup).
135 gr of flour or cornstarch (1 cup).
150 g of sugar (3/4 cup).
For the caramel cream:
20 gr of cornstarch or flour (1 tablespoon).
200 ml of water to dissolve it (1 cup).
100 g of sugar (1/2 cup).
100 ml of more water (1/2 cup).
