But it depends on the setup you will do... if they have an awper mid doors, he can easily break the smoke with nade, but the box smoke its harder

yep. also useful when you are going for fast short control and have multiple players rushing to lower tunnels and dont want to deal with a potential short boost

the box smoke let's them safely get into lower tunnels and they have cover shooting at you while you run down cat. also let's them crunch upper tunnels with B players. the box smoke is just too disadvantageous now.

@@flowerDance2112 no, it's arguably even worse for fast short control rushing lower tunnels. it let's CT safely get into lower tunnels and if you're rushing, they can hold the angle to safely get a pick or two and get away. you see pros do this a lot, but CTs throw their own smoke to cover because pros aren't dumb enough to throw the box smoke anymore.

You can do this smoke next to the pole near short too. I found it by accident. Cover all the door and little bit up top . Very good for short rush . But tunnel are open as hell.

if u go out of silver lobby and someone good with awp stays mid, u r done. Also smoke denies information where the T's are. You can smoke short every round and ct might be always worried.
