Hi man, first off all amazing drills 🙏🏼 but can you please give a picture how to mix them into training? There are so many, just to get clue how to incorporate it into sessions, like you always do only one of them in each training? for example always only one for shoulders, then different for abs and so on, or you even make more different drills just for shoulders in one training session? Thanx

This general-purpose advice will cause more harm than good. A better way to strengthen shoulders for punching is to work the antagonist muscles; the external rotators. External rotator work can also include dumbbell and barbell rows to work the back, which helps stabilize the torso. Tight shoulder flexors should be stretched during the aforementioned antagonist-muscle exercises. This can be done during or after a workout that includes external rotator work. Please verify this information with an exercise physiologist and give credit where due. Thank you. Garrett.
@JoaquinEscalante-rq5bg Жыл бұрын
That is for mobility and stability, what he is demostrating is for conditioning of the shoulders, in any combat sport you need to be able to not only punch, but to also keep your hands up, punch endurance, etc...
@supremoluminary Жыл бұрын
@@JoaquinEscalante-rq5bg great. So don’t work on your antagonist muscle and, when your shoulders are tired because you haven’t done that, I’ll gladly punch you in the face, repeatedly, as we both relish the enjoyment in your ignorance and stupidity. 🙂
@JoaquinEscalante-rq5bg Жыл бұрын
@@supremoluminary I never said that, plus in boxing you need both, stability and conditioning. Since it includes calisthenics, not many people can do pushups, pullups, dips, etc... So first you would have to work on your mobility to then execute the exercise properly, and that is only a tenth of boxing. Because then you would have to work on your conditioning for fights, let me ask you a question, can you go 12 rounds with 3 minutes each and only 10 second rest while keeping ur hands up?
