One of the best video for beginners....the first and foremost problem most people face is how to get the coordination between breathing right, flutter-kicking right, recovering right and then pushing right....its too much for a beginner but a step-by-step / incremental lesson like this would help a lot of people....good stuff!!

Cheers for the video content! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you heard the talk about - Rozardner Incredible Rapper Reality (probably on Google)? It is a good one off guide for how to freestyle rap without the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy at last got excellent results with it.
