On your first meal, I usually peel and cut the broccoli stalk into thin discs and add to a salad or use them with chicken in a Chinese meal, or cut them into sticks to eat with onion or ranch dip. Crunchy and delicious.

Good Evening, I just wanted to say that it's ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE when your Husband is on with you taste testing the food. I think he should be on it more often with you so that he can say No processed foods etc added. I do enjoy all of your dinners but there is one ingredient I TOTALLY CAN'T HAVE Cream Cheese. Keep up the GREAT JOB and I can't wait for more to come. ❤

Fab recipes today Amber, I've even talked my hubby into trying the coconut lime chicken, I already know he'll love the garlic chicken bites but I failed with the marry me chicken salad, he just doesn't fancy the ingredients, he is however reminding me that I haven't made your chicken salad with grapes, nuts etc for a few weeks, so he'll opt for that instead. Thank you for sharing xxx

Knuckle/finger method for measuring rice and liquid. Too tired to type-explain but when you look it up, you won't use any other method. Trust me. Also, made your Chicken (for me tofu) Satay Slow Cooker recipe tonight, so awesome. Kitchen still smells lovely, thank you.

Thank for sharing your favorite meals. I’d love to see an episode of each of your family member’s favorites. Just a thought there. I do love your channel & tried a lot that I thought my hubby would like ( he’s a picky eater). Bless you & your family.

Any time you have stalks,stems,or peeling, drop into a plastic bag (together) works, freeze until full and you have time on your hands, make your own veggie broth. Soups, casseroles, dressing, just about anything will be better adding this to it. You are so great. So nice to see the kiddos being taught how to take care of themselves by learning what a kitchen is for.

Hi. Gl'Amber..lol as Mandy calls you. Just curious on how many servings do these meals yield.? How many kiddo's in your family? Thanks ❤️ 😊

Hey! We have two kiddos and usually our meals are 4-6 servings. Sometimes I'll adjust those up to down depending on how hungry we are.

This is a question about the Marry Me Chicken. Is it supposed to have the yellow peppers included and the only reason I ask is every recipe for Marry Me anything seems to have peppers and I kind of like your recipe without them. Perhaps I am wrong about thinking that the peppers are the catch phrase for “Marry Me” recipes. Great recipes! Thanks!
@pauletteingulia310715 күн бұрын
I’m correcting myself on the comment I made above. It is not Marry Me recipes that I was thinking of but rather “Mississippi” whatever recipes. “Nevermind!”🥰
@FeedingtheByrds15 күн бұрын
Oh yes!! We love Mississippi Chicken too. I made a Mississippi Chicken Enchiladas in my last video, I don't know if you saw that, but it was delicious.
