3-Way Mayo Sandwich
Recipe in English:
Chicken Mayo Sandwich:
Ingredients:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Boneless chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup
Assembling:
-Bread of your choice
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)
-Anda (Egg) boiled & sliced
-Cheddar cheese slice
Directions:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,salt,black pepper crushed,boiled & shredded chicken & mix well.
Assembling:
-On two bread slices add & spread prepared mixture,add lettuce leaves,egg slices,cheddar cheese slice & flip another bread slice to make a sandwich (makes 2-3 sandwiches).
-Cut in to desired slices & serve!
Veg Mayo Sandwich with leftover Chicken Tikka:
Ingredients:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Gajar (Carrots) grated ¼ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled & roughly chopped ¼ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Namak (Salt) to taste
Assembling:
-Croissant or Bread of your choice
-Leftover chicken tikka
-Black olives sliced
-Cheese slice
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)
Directions:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,carrots,capsicum,corn kernels,black pepper crushed,salt & mix well.
Assembling:
-Cut croissant in half,add & spread prepared spread on both sides,add leftover chicken tikka,black olives slices,cheese slices,lettuce leaves,flip another bread slice to make a sandwich (makes 2-3 sandwiches) & serve!
Potato & Corn Mayo Sandwich:
Ingredients:
-Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & diced 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ¼ Cup
-Corn kernels boile 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) to taste
Assembling:
-Focaccia bread or Bread of your choice
-Makhan (Butter)
-Tomato ketchup
-Cheese slices
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)
-Tamatar (Tomato) slices
-Kheera (Cucumber) slices
Directions:
-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,potatoes,capsicum,corn kernels,red chilli crushed,garlic powder,salt & mix well.
Assembling:
-Cut focaccia bread from center and apply butter on both sides of bread.
-Add & spread prepared potato mixture on one side of bread.
-Add tomato ketchup,cheese slices,lettuce leaves,tomato slices,cucumber slices & flip another bread slice to make a sandwich (makes 2-3 sandwiches).
-Cut in to desired slices & serve!
