Coffee Cup Cakes
~Ingredients~
Cup used is of 240 ml capacity
Maida or refined flour- 1 cup or 150 g
Instant coffee powder- 2 tbsp
Refined oil or butter- 1/4 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Milk powder- 4tbsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup+ 2tbsp
Baking powder- 1tsp
Baking soda- 1/4tsp
Vinegar- 1tsp
Choco chips for decoration
Orange Cup Cakes
~Ingredients~
Makes 8 Medium Sized Cup Cakes
Suji or Rava or Samolina- 1 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Orange- 1 big
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Milk Powder- 4 tbsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp
Mango Cup Cakes
~Ingredients~
(For 8 Cup Cakes)
Measuring Cup used
1 cup= 240ml
1/2 cup= 120ml
1/4 cup= 60ml
Maida or refined flour- 1 cup or 150 g
Chopped Ripe Mango- 1 cup
Refined oil or melted butter- 1/4 cup or 6ml
Sugar- little less than 1/2 cup or 80g
Milk powder- 1/4 cup or 37g
Vanilla essence- 1/2tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup+ 2tbsp
Baking powder- 1tsp
Baking soda- 1/4tsp
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Choco chips for decoration
