EGGLESS COFFEE CUP CAKE/ MOCHA CUP CAKE

Welcome back. Today i am sharing a recipe of super soft spongy and moist Coffee Cupcake or Mocha cupcake. You all will love it. This is way tastier than a chocolate cake. With very few ingredients, you can make this superb cake which is loved by all. So do try this and get lot of appeciation.

~Ingredients~
Cup used is of 240 ml capacity
Maida or refined flour- 1 cup or 150 g
Instant coffee powder- 2 tbsp
Refined oil or butter- 1/4 cup
Sugar- 1/2 cup
Milk powder- 4tbsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup+ 2tbsp
Baking powder- 1tsp
Baking soda- 1/4tsp
Vinegar- 1tsp
Choco chips for decoration

I think you should lower the temp a little and bake the cake for little longer. If the cake is not baked properly, it comes out sticky. Try it and see the results.
