@DS Thank you so much for watching. 》 The processing time usually takes 2-4 months once all your docs are received by the nysed. 》Everytime they received your documents, usually they will send an email confirmation that they received it. 》 if you have a tracker # for all the documents (like your school, provide a tracker # & your local license verification ), you see in the trackers detailed that it was received and u didn't get a confirmation. I suggest following up with NYSED to make sure that they received it. 》 Yes! Once you send out all your docs & paid them, you just need to wait your ATT to schedule & take the test. I hope this information will help you in regard to your application.

Once you start a file or application to NYSED, it will be open for 12 months, and you need to submit all the required documents to process your application. The NYSED will be starting your application once they receive all the documents. Within that time frame. 》if the NYSED will not receive your documents, your file will be automatically close, and you need to pay it again. 》 In your case, your file is still open until April 2024. Just submit your form 2 ( nursing credentials) so the NYSED can start processing your application. 》NYSED send an email confirmation for every document they received. If you received a file number or application file number from Form 1 (online application), you can contact NYSED to verify that they received your documents. Here are the documents that must be submitted to NYSED, such as: 1. COURSEWORK Certificate (Infection & Child abuse 2. Form 1 (online application) 3. Form 2 ( nursing credentials 4. Form 3 ( license verification) is optional and not mandatory to submit as long you didn't declare any local license in form 1 online application. Supporting documents needs to be submitted, such as: 1. Diploma from Elementary to College 2. Passport copy 3. Birth Certificate/ Married Certificate 2. In regards to step 3 option 1, unfortunately, I don't have any idea how to process your nursing credentials via CGFNS. 》 I did step 3 option 2, which is I filled out form 2, and I sent it directly to my nursing school, and I just requested TOR, RLE, and course syllabus, then my school also sent it directly to NYSED. @taniehethel2703 Hello, it depends on how long it will take to finish both two courses. In my case, I just finished it in one day. But you can also pause & resume when you only have a vacant time. But at the end of each course also have a short type of exam that you need to pass to get the certificate. And once you start the exam, you can't pause and you need to finish the exam. You will receive an email confirmation for every document that the NYSED received. >> Next step ( wait for the ATT or eligibility to take the exam. But for any license you will be going to declare in Form 1 online application, you must need to do Form 3. >> In my case, I didn't declare any local license that I have in the Philippines, and I still got the ATT to take the test within the same time frame. But if you're planning to work in US or Canada mostly the employer-based your salary rate/increase in your salary rate depends on the years of your experience. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if the NYSED provides an English Translator. But you can check it when you go to the NYSED website and type in the search bar "Provided list of English Translator or English Translator and it will pop up in case they provided a list of English Translator. Hi, you need to first pick a province where you would like to register. Every province here in Canada they have different nursing body for registration. Alberta and Ontario can give you an RN license as long you have a valid US license. You can check out the Ontario RN registration requirements. Just go to www.cno.org to check all the required requirements for registering.

Hello, Unfortunately, I'm not so sure how it works. If the applicant has disability but there's a question if the applicant has disabilities. You just say "Yes," then the pearson vue/nysed will be providing you with more information on how to proceed with the application.

@Hensley Summer Zael Fajardo.. To retake the test, you need to go to your pearson account, register & pay the $200 fee.. then wait for ATT or eligibility to take the exam again.. Once you receive your ATT, you can go back again to Pearson Vue account to schedule the exam. And if you are gonna take the exam outside the US, you need to pay an additional $150. I hope this will be helpful!

@genesislombres Hello, for retaking the test, you don't need to do all the steps like when you do the registration for application in NYSED. To receive another ATT, all you need to do is 1. pay the $200 again for the registration for the exam at your nscbn account/pearson vue account, 2. then wait for ATT, 3. Once you receive the ATT schedule, your test dates 45 days from the dates that you took your last exam. 4. Then pay $150 again if you are going to take the NCLEX-RN exam outside in US. @xyzapadernal SSN is given to those people who live as residents or citizens in US and Canada. In case you can't provide SSN. You just need to put "No" in the SSN question or put N/A. SSN is also optional. The only pros of having SSN in your application is, in case you are not able to finish what you started in the online application, once you fill it out again it will resume where you stop. So all the information that you provided will be automatically saved and you don't need to re-fill it again from the start. I hope I have answered your question

Hello, I can't give a specific amount cause I ask my relatives to send the form to my school. So I just filled out the form, printed it, and then signed. Then I sent it to my relatives in the Philippines. Then my relatives are the ones who send it to my school. Then I just paid my school, including the courier fee.

@paroladante20 Hello! Unfortunately, I'm not sure if the NYSED is accepting digital or electronic signatures. But I highly recommend doing the handwritten signature to avoid any delay or issue on your application form. As far as I know, if NYSED is accepting a digital or electronic signature, they will probably provide a link for a license electronic signature so it will be considered legal signature.
