I really appreciate this series of tips and techniques! I have needed something to get my upper body and scaps ready for the next level. I think these are just the ticket. Thanks to Sam for the great videos!

The best thing about Sam is the way he cues the exercises and he knows the audience's needs. Kudos to Sam

One of the BEST videos I have ever seen for bench mobility why and how. You did not just show the stretch/mobility movement with some vague off comment on why. You are giving detailed explanations and visuals on what happens during the lift and what needs to be done to correct any deficiencies that could possibly be there. Kudos, guys!! 👏

Depending on the person (and I can only speak for myself) my bench press increased pain free from hammering away at my back. I trained the muscles in my back but I started to prioritize it and add some additional light/moderate volume on all my training days.

These stretches and mobility drills have been a game changer for me recently. There are plenty of weak people who can’t do any of these things very well. Scapula mobility has held me back for years and it’s really hard to diagnose because most people with crappy posture don’t even step inside a gym.

I know, I can’t imagine going through life without building up my body and testing my strength in the gym. It’s a real shame that folks can go through life without ever experiencing the beauty of smashing PRs and getting better at lifts.

every video is a knowledge bomb and I learn from every video. Its awesome. Thank you Sam and elitefts. Thank you very much. Talking mobility, I would appreciate if you can make a video about maintaining hip mobility and hip health for average dudes and recreational lifter, for all "kinds" of hips. What mobility exercises, stretching etc. to stay healthy and mobile. Thank you so much.

I had shoulder pain benching a while ago, I never considered t spine impacting it, great video guys. Curious, Alex just hang around the compound waiting to be exercise model, what's his role at Elitefts? He's not fat enough to be a powerlifter 😆 just curious his role

Fixing technique is not enough if it should be fixed on fundamental level of stretching while body and do other activities
