I’m so happy you said this my experience: I use to rap loud and I never drank water to keep my vocal cords hydrated I ended up with swollen cords and couldn’t talk for a year and now my voice has completely changed. I talk softer but it forced me to change how I rap as well. Definitely for the better as I’ve learned more dynamics as without having to yell on everything. Stay hydrated too I could of lost my voice for ever

@ColeMizeStudios Жыл бұрын
That's okay, I think that's most of us when we first started. Everybody sucks in the beginning and everyone struggles in their patch to succeed. So just know you're not alone. My advice to you is focus on the musical side of rapping first. Get that tight and your lyrics will start feeling better over the instrumental and your delivery will improve because you will be more confident in how your rap sounds. Check out my free rap course "5 Minutes To A Better Rap Flow" kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJm4i6qqa7tje9U I hope this helps you out Sebastian! You got this bro! ✌😎 - Cole Mize

You are really dope and teaching structure as it relates to rap, that's dope and then plus too your help is genuine, think that's even more dope. Question tho what you think about someone that always wanted to be a rapper(not necessarily to be famous or for money) in their 40's. Like kids and career got in the way?

Focus on sharpening your skills before trying to make a career out of it. If you decide to pursue it as a career do that while you're working a part time of full time job or earning the equivalent via entrepreneurial means. You need income coming in to invest into your craft and sustain your lifestyle while you strive make a career out of it. The goal is to try to make your side hustle (music) your main hustle (career) and it takes a lot of hard work and time to grow anything. Follow Wendy Day to learn more about the business side of things kzbin.info I hope this helps and I'm wishing you the best on your musical journey! You got this!!! 😎✌️ - Cole Mize
