What shorts are those I’ve been looking for good shorts to train in. I found some MMA ones with no logos but I don’t know how they’ll hold up only about a mouth into them, I freaking hate the ugly designs and logos about 99.9 percent MMA, MT or BJJ Shorts have and when I use my regular Nike or UA shorts they sucks for kicking or what ever.

Really try to keep your toes pointed down when you practice that pivot check. You make that first switch drill look easy though. And it isn't.

Nah, you guys don't train. The Second exercise helps balance. Any exercise that contributes to balance is good. This no joke guy might not be a grand master but balance is key.

I just don't like how exposed ur groin is. Sure in sport fight that is okay but dude in the street you might encounter problems. So like Muay Chaiya or Krav Maga, those guys are specializing in groin attacks all day.

Richard Olson this isn’t self defense, it’s Muay Thai
@richardolson5146 жыл бұрын
nick1428 self defense is the primary reason for any martial art. I practice Muay Thai as well but I tuck back foot in a little more than he does. This helps me face my groin away from my opponent.

@NoJokeHoward9 жыл бұрын
+aefuer what diid i say about chris weidman?? also, i did my fitness training at crossfit, not fighting. now you know.

he specifically said "I'm not trying to talk shit about Weidman" and pointed out a very well known fact. Weidman isn't the best striker.

thanks man. some people just dont listen.

i heard loud and clear. Chris Weidman is the guy who ko'ed Silva and outstruck him in both fights. he won a striking battle with Machida did he not? i know his striking has some shortcomings, i still think its funny comin str8 outta crossfit
