Focus on diet. Osteo happens when the body robs calcium to deal with a pH that's too low systemitcally.

I have this condition all ready, and have 2bls ankle weights , but I take out one of the sand bags. I was doing some of these exercises at my Therapy class with my Therapist in 20016, for my knees. I drink a class of collagen twice a week.

⁠ the regularly schooled and highly trained teachers at the YMCA say CAN!!! My son, who graduated in sports management from the University of Texas says you can as well according to his studies. By putting weight on the body, you can build bone strength.

These won't prevent it. I inherited osteoporosis from my father. Had been detected when I was 32.
