How do you know if the gluteus medius or glutes are the issue? Obviously doing these exercise couldn't but do they affect regular mobility? i.e. lifting legs etc

Yep, 70 is kind of 55 for me, I enjoy moderate weight lifting, planks and whatever I learn every week. It has gotten to a point that whenever I feel sick , like the flu, doing chest exercises helps with breathing and emotional well being.I have been doing this for 32 years and it is kind of addictive, try it you don't need heavy weights, just do something ,keep researching and you will feel a lot better.
