Thank you for helping. TNR is about the most impactful side of rescue you can find yourself on. Taking care of yourself is important. I had to take about 10 years off of rescue to get my life together. Now I'm part time at a local low cost spay/neuter clinic and I foster. I potentially have decades more to go in animal rescue. Each one makes a difference
