Hi has anybody use the URBAN DECAY EYE WATERPROOF EYE LINER PENCIL before? i have tried various brands like MAC and maybelline etc but whenever i apply them to my waterline they smudge so much in less than 3 hours , is the urban decay one better?

Hi, I recommend you the Sephora eyeliners, they don't smudge and don't irritate your eyes when you use them in the waterline.
