I love your tutorials. I learned how to crochet from your videos, and they are just amazing and super easy to follow. Thank you!

Thanks so much! I use I-cords for lettering names, sometimes over wire. I really like your 2nd crochet hook method. What a great idea! I definitely have had problems with yarn splitting. I’m going to give that a try on the cord I already have ongoing.

I use the first method with all of my projects. As a visually impaired person it’s so much easier to work into. It also gives things a more finished look in my opinion.

Newbie here, can I ask what an icord is???? And what it's used for. Thank you

They can be used for purse/bag handles, edges of pillows/cushions/even garments, many are used for rugs where you spiral them together in a shape and stitch for a rug, and many other things.

Can you use a double-ended crochet hook to simplify this process. That would make it similar to knitting I think although I don't know how to knit.

Yes you could. Depends on your gauge and yarn. Really it’s personal preference when it comes down to it. I encourage you to experiment to see what works for you. I showed a few items that work for others but hadn’t seen the one that ended up to me the best to use. So try them all or some and see what you like. ❤️

Yay! I-cord is a recent obsession of mine, at least in knitting. Thank you for sharing!
