Incredibly helpful! I have been scrunching my toes forever so I will try just pressing down. Thank you!!! Also, after years of landing on the lateral side of my foot, it is finally causing me ankle problems/post tib. Exercises didn’t help. It’s a good example of needing gait retraining.
