Thank you so much ❤️❤️ It was super cool bumping into you and Sione at Mangapohue Natural Bridge and getting to chit chat too 🙂💕 Was saying to Sione it would be awesome if we bump into each other during our travels again in the future 😁 We had an awesome trip to Taranaki and guess what next week we're finally going to South Island again 😍 Can't wait! 🙂❤️ Take care and hope you have an awesome week ahead 👋 Hopefully see you guys around again some time 💕🇳🇿

Pity most Waitomo tourist attractions closed down during lockdown.. The village went from 3/5000 visitors a day too maybe 50/100 people.. Its the busiest time of the year NOW and theres barely anyone there.. Another 20+ minutes from Marokopa falls is Marokopa Beach village, My stomping grounds. THANKS for making the journey. Have a staff trip always..

The pandemic has hit so many places super hard ay ☹️ Hopefully domestic tourism can help a bit and maybe businesses can make some specials so it'll be a better situation for all since many regular folks have been impacted financially too. It's such a tough period! Marokopa beach village looks like a lovely idyllic spot. Must be extra nice in summer ay ❤️ Thank you and take care! 🌻

Hey Peter and Yen!! So great to see you guys again. That's awesome you're going to a place that Peter has been to before. Yen's Fried chicken and Peter's 1/2 chicken looked bomb!! Chicken is our favorite! We would love this. Cool that someone from your community suggested to go to the Natural Bridge. It really does look magical. That is definitely tall. Love seeing the farmland and the view. Sucks you didn't find your fossil'd oysters. The waterfalls... is a perfect touch to this trip. We love visiting waterways and waterfalls. So awesome all of these events are close to each other and FREE!! We love FREE adventure days. The caves were cool, and your Bnb is nice and open, and a good price!! Thanks for taking us with you and lots of love to you guys!! Fun adventure!!

yeah yippee your back on the road, hi guys , great vid loved it . still hankering for a return but the virus is still nowhere near under control here in uk , the government just seem to have lost control , anyway this vid has made me feel better haha. it was good to hear that jacinda was re elected too, i know that you have done the corromandel coast before but i just thought that Whitianga was a realy nice place and there was lots of nice quiet beaches nearby too, just a thought for the future haha, my trip to paignton went ok ,but it was strange staying in a hotel with all the people around me the same age or older it just made me feel so old haha so roll on when these restrictions are lifted and back to normal so i can get back over and feel young again haha . keep up dishing out your doses of cheering medicine and you both take care ok

Hey Barry hope you're doing well 😁✌ we were considering going to Tauranga and bay of plenty area again sometime in the summer so might make a lil stop off at Whitianga while we're there. As a child my friend had a batch there so we would often go there for school holidays. Spent more time indoors playing video games than at the beach ⛱ though 😂 you sound like you had a great trip, don't worry age is only a number 😉 you are as young as you feel you are

What is Peter doing?! Those falls are pretty majestic. Low effort, big reward sounds like a plus. Haha Not sure about the dark caves. That's scary. Hahaha Looking forward to more guys.

Hahaha Peter being Peter 🤣 and maybe Gollum 😂 it's a very beautiful and fierce waterfall 😍 the cave was sooo dark and quiet.. but cool to check out since it had stairs and was easy to visit lol 👍👍 our trip phones got us enough light though lucky 😁

Thanks Peter and Yen for the awesome waitomo recommendations? I’m about to go to New Plymouth next weekend! Will be before your next vlogs come out 😂😂 Are there any places that you guys would recommend to go in Taranaki?
@mandyng87524 жыл бұрын
Recommended. We went there last year. Also visit the nearby Lake Mangamahoe
@xinyiyap17894 жыл бұрын
@@mandyng8752 I’ve heard of Lake Mangamahoe, and yes we’re definitely gonna be doing that 😊 it looks so pretty! anywhere else that u would recommend for 2 days in Taranaki?
@PeterandYen4 жыл бұрын
Hiya Xin Yi! 👋🙂 aww nice awesome that you're going to New Plymouth!! We went to Lake Mangamahoe as well that Mandy recommended. Super pretty if you get a clear day 😍 the tip in our video next week is that when you get to the car park that looks out to Mt Taranaki, after you enjoy those views, get back in your car and keep driving on to the next carpark and do the short 5 min walk to get to a beautiful look out point! There's a tree stump chair too that you can sit on and soak the view in 😁💕 The other activities we did were climbing up Paritutu Rock if you're up for some adventure (first part is stairs but then there last section you essentially rock climb with the aid of a chain). Take it slow and be careful, let people come down before you go up and you'll be sweet. Epic view at the top 🙂 We also visited Pukekura Park and Te Rewa Rewa bridge. If you don't like gardens you can skip the park but if you do it's nice for a stroll (there's also a tea house there) and if the lake water is high enough you can rent a lil row boat from there. Unfortunately for us it was too low so we couldn't do it! Te Rewa Rewa bridge is a pretty cool design. Good short visit plus you can do a longer walk there if you like (we just went to take photos and do a slow mo walk 😂). Hope that helps give you some ideas and that you'll get beautiful clear weather for a gorgeous view of the mountain! 😍🍀🤞🙂

@PeterandYen4 жыл бұрын
Ooo I just spent some time reading up about it! I don't think Peter would ever agree to stay at a haunted hotel by choice 😅😅 I feel like if anything we would probably scare ourselves silly and not have a good night sleep 😨 Would you or have you stayed there before? 😮

@@PeterandYen never stayed myself but some friends have and didnt encounter anything unusual but I know there is a show on youtube called Ghost Hunt NZ and as paranormal investigators they documented their stay. Take a peak if you'd like to watch.
