So what I took away from this: buy a VMC jig of any kind, because Wired2Fish is sponsored by VMC. Got it.

I had the same thoughts. Horrible

True. But the bull flies work well. For other Tungsten I would go with Amped outdoors.

Enjoyed the video. Love ice fishing especially pan fishing. Here in NW Iowa the pan fish are often so finicky most the time. Often you need to down size to a 3 mm or sometimes even a smaller jig and really finesse the bait and be able detect light strikes. And I use 1-2 fluorocarbon

That last crappie never made it back in the lake. Swam right into the middle slush layer.

We took care of her. Got her back down the hole. The real challenge is that the water was actually gently gushing back up the hole from the snow pushing down on the lake. Created a current in that particular hole that the fish had trouble swimming against. We'd never leave a fish hanging.

What lake is that?
@Wired2Fish5 жыл бұрын
This is in MN but we don't usually disclose actual lake names, and especially if they're small sleeper bodies of water.

@@saelee33 they fish in private pond that are fed and stocked. this is to insure the guys dont wait for hours to catch a fish on their sponsored video. this for example is an ad for VMC. sometimes they even steer them to their own location that is already prepped.
