Although I'm usually keen on Knizia designs, that "High Score" offering doesn't appeal to me at all - I recommend "Sharp Shooters" instead (I prefer the tension of completing for the public quests in this 1995 Games Magazine Game of the Year, although it's probably hard to obtain a copy now). I imagine I would like "Flea Market" the best of the three games you presented, but within the dice rolling luck fest sphere, most likely, I'd rather play "Rumble Nation", "Liars Dice", or even fluffy "Sequoia".
