I was there when it happened, well, in town At least one time it happened Back in probably about 2010, in Charlotte, my dad and I were paired with him in an alumni golf tournament and he couldn’t play because of this incident I remember my dad was so sad he took a picture of their golf cart with his name beside huggie bears

Hopefully Huggs is able to rehab his image over the next few years through his charity. If he does that I wouldn't be surprised if they name the court after him in the future.

First things first , THANK YOU THREE GUYS!!! I don't understand for the life of me how someone so important to so many lives , is allowed to be in the world without protection ... We does everyone in this that is important travel with a Posse.... I hear Hoppy ( the beer man) talk about Bob's Drinking habits that we all knew about, but not once have I heard from anyone around this man thought about hiring a driver and taking his license away... ( sorry to say but not for him, but for us!! Protect us!! ) and anti-gay slurs in his day ( was allowed & in Florida still encouraged ) and time was allowed. We want to distance ourselves from this history but It was real and it did happen.... If Society wants to deal with these issues , than ask the man to speak to his harsh words against innocent gay people. By asking him to retire is sweeping the issue under the rug and not how to repent and correct your ways by moving forward... you do not listen to the world that wants an edge to move their agenda forward.... Small State with small population do

We are praying he acknowledges his problem and gets much needed help. He can make this negative a positive if he does get help.

Hoppy isn't wrong, and it isn't the slightest bit harsh to say the truth out loud. The first step to real recovery is admitting you have a problem, and that isn't cliche, you just have to admit you need help, and not just say the words, you have to truly be willing to be vulnerable and let other people in in order to actually help you. I have this coping theory I've been telling myself that says we're going to get Coach clean, in the mean time Josh E is gonna take the wheel, and after a year Huggins will be proven changed and come back and finish what he started. What happened 6 weeks ago was not even a factory. The problem was this was his second DUI if it was his first then he wouldn't have resigned.

I’m going to be honest with you I think he should’ve been able to retire. Because I honestly don’t think he’s going to coach ever again.
@davidframe1613 Жыл бұрын
If Baker the ad is doing his job he's done went to the players and asked them who they wanted and he should be all over that person. West Virginia will probably never recruit at this level ever again you got to keep these guys. But so far as a West Virginia fan I'm not that impressed with Baker, Brown should not be the football coach.

Huggins can still coach elsewhere to climb the ladder for most wins. Chris Beard choked his lady and was fired and had no issues getting hired. Love you Hugs. Sorry unlike others on even higher levels in their careers that are not caught but you where. WVU will now no longer be relevant ion a National Level in B-Ball or Football.
