Robin, I start my day with your videos because they arm me with the tools that I need, to bring the best of me into everything I commit to. I have one question for you- how do you deal with a toxic co-worker who undermines you by spreading misinformation behind your back, is a complete slacker, and yet envious of your success and respect at the workplace- all earned through earnest work, great ethics and discipline? How does one manage such people, without compromising on composure, principles or self respect? Ignoring them is NOT an option- it only emboldens them and makes the environment more insufferable.
