Robin is the best. By all means look around for other 'life coaches" (I did...) but he is the best. Clear, concise and likable.

Information as valuable as this only has 13k views and Robin’s channel has less than 500k subscribers, while others acting like fools have millions of views and followers. That’s very telling and puts into perspective where our priorities lie. It blows my mind to see this.

It’s so true what he says about not knowing what we want. My teacher in high school let us do an exercise. She gave each one of us a peace of paper and told us to write down everything we wanted to do or to accomplish, all of our wishes. Everyone was very skeptical but she said that she wouldn’t look at it, we would only see our own paper and what we had written there. So i started writing, all things i knew i wanted (once i gave it some thought) i wrote down on that piece of paper. Years later i found that piece of paper among my old school stuff, and saw that almost everything on that list had come true. I still keep it somewhere. But my point is to show how powerful it can be knowing what you want, but in order to do that you need to sit down, take your time and really think about what you want to accomplish. Once you know what you want you are way more likely to accomplish it.

Grateful. ( i am currently reading " who will cry when you die " for my personal growth. i will read all of your book )

Listen man, I once held the same self-contempt towards myself as you are prone to now. I was riddled with social anxiety for 4 years, I went through several family tragedies, became chronically ill from stress and you know what, though painful it taught me my inner-power. I'm now working out 5x a week (look up HITT), reading 3 books a month on personnel development and writing a book! I'm at 40,000 words now and the first word would never have been written had I not gone through the pain. Pain is the greatest teacher and you can become it's greatest pupil if you listen. 3 years ago I was a lost soul, drifting through life with no concept of time. Now I'm a man on a mission, who is acutely aware of times relentless march. You do truly have greatness within you. Often our purpose lies in what brings us the greatest sensation of joy in the moment. See it this way, the time you think you have wasted has been necessary to put you on the path towards your highest purpose. The mere fact you recognise that your talents are being unmet is a reflection of how enlightened to life you are. Ask yourself "what makes you come alive and go and do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive." Howard Thurman. You were born with unique gifts, they surface, when you are broken open by their presence.

My FT job is daily LSG, and do a job inbetween, mostly for mental, physical and social stimulation. It's tough work and subject to the elements. But the difficulty level has its rewards, in terms of mental toughness. Make sure that the learning never stops. It's something you owe yourself. It's the only way to know you are exercising your unknown potentials. And from it, comes a unshakable confidence, or inner fire. The ability to accept anything or anyone, unshaken, undeterred, and for others to naturally seek your energy / life force.

This is such a phenomenal message! It's so clear and intuitive! A lot of value in each video that everyone should take. However how i like to do my gowth is not so much pushing resistant thoughts and suffering by itself. I like to grow with the mindset that im helping the next generation to be better, to have more oportunities to feel better and when i have that in mind no amount of suffering can stop me. This mindset provides me with such a drive to go the extra mile in my areas of interest! Robin is a Magnificent teacher! ;)

Archana Rao Hi Archana, this is a wonderful question. Even though I’m 100% aware the question was not for me, I would like to share an answer if you allow me, we are on the same journey striving to be better each day. One very powerful way to feel engaged, is through podcasts, there’s all kinds of podcasts for different types of niche, here’s a concept you want to think of: STAY IN THE HUB, BE IN THE HUB, AND COMMIT, COMMIT, COMMIT. Avoid isolation by going to this Innovative Channels (iTunes, Soundcloud , etc...) that have a low-cost of admission, to be able to feel and be, part of a group. I don’t know what podcast you should be in, that’s your instinct you need to follow, and please, take action. You will experience the difference. Wish you the best in your journey!
@agengabe87044 жыл бұрын
Archana Rao not sure where you are now. Don’t look for motivation, figure out what your own unique purpose is. How? Go on a journey of self discovery, do psychometric tests, figure out your actual strengths. Get feedback from the people who matter most to you on what they think of you UNFILTERED. Read, keep reading and Dive deeper into that rabbit hole. For me it was like a thick cloud that kept dissipating over a 3 year period and then was just clear as day. So clear I knew I had to right it down for fear of it disappearing. That is how I discovered my purpose and no longer need motivation - I have to do what I have to do. I hope this is of help in your journey. There is a reason your strive for that greatness, don’t look anywhere except within.
