Just any kind of pasta hamburger shredded cheese and peas with a little hamburg grease just a little or a little more if you want with seasonings. you dont need a sauce with it thats optional very simple and delicious! Hamburg grease just a little wont hurt you its delicious to flavor up the dish. My mom used alot of different meat juices to make different recipes with and we all were fine and healthy no health and cholesterol issues here 😂 everything in moderation is the 🔑 key!

hi i'm kevin i joined the u.s. army i ship to basic on june 12 but after that i go to good fellow in texas for my AIT (35N). Im hoping to do good because i havent really traveled out of state before seeing some videos of the base should help me earlier on so thank you :).
