It's a lot easier to buy the misconceptions than to dispel them. I am not talking about the misconceptions that non-Muslims have about hijab.
In this video I want to address three hijab myths that many Muslim women believe in 2022.
These myths have been circulating in the Muslim community, holding Muslim women back from embracing hijab, so I’m going to address these misconceptions about hijab in the Muslim community.
I often hear this phrase in my online community “I want to wear hijab one day, but x,y,z” There’s always a valid reason. We all have reasons why wearing hijab might be hard for us. I've been there, I constantly work through my hijab struggles, and I know exactly how it feels.
The truth is if we approach wearing the hijab with a negative mindset and a lot of resistance then we will never truly have a positive experience. Everything start with our mindset.
It’s so easy for us to get lost in the excuses… none of us are immune to doubts, but it’s just as easy for us to make a conscious switch in our mind and start focusing on the reasons why we should we hijab and all the benefits and blessing that come with it.
One simple decision, might change the entire trajectory of your hijab journey.

That was so sweet of you to break those misconceptions, or fear muslims women in general are feeling !! But when I saw teh title I thought you would talk about the new "hijab" modern society created. It kind of sadden me when I see some hijabis all that fashionable, follwing the last trend and yet fail to follow the Last Message from God. It's about modesty, it's about how you act not just how you dress... I know some of hijabis are struggling with the hijab (wearing it at work, family that don't support or ppl looking down on them..ect), but if you truly work on your intention, and you try to wear it according to what Islam says then subhaanAllah, Allah will make an easy way for you. We all make mistakes, no one is perfect, so let's just try our best inshaaAllah

Agree no excuse why muslim woman cannot wear Hijab. I like to share a story and this story is for me is very "menginsafkan". a co workers of mine she is the only one who still not wearing Hijab among us about 100 female staffs 99% she is 1% not wear Hijab. But she is one of the nicest person I knew, When Covid hits we work at home almost 6 months in 2020, one day when we come to office she wear a hijab and we all very happy to see the changed the reason was simple, she suddenly feel missing something not right and not completed when she want to go out she said. To cut the story a few month later she passed away😭 because of sudden blood clot, no one could see it coming i just met her 3 days before she hospitalised. My point if we have the change to change do it life is short now dont make excuses like Nak seribu daya, tak nak seribu dalih. may Allah grand Jannah to my dear friend.😔
