Some things that help to reduce hairfall: 1) Try to lower stress through engaging in meditation, pranayama, relaxed walk, spending quality time with your colleagues, and other similar methods. 2) Limit intake of sugar. 3) Adopt a gluten-free diet and limit intake of wheat. 4) Make an effort to lower the probability of developing acidity or pitta dosha, which is a primary contributor of hairfall and several other concerns. 5) Apply coconuts and onion oil and massage it on your hair and scalp twice a week.
