BTW, some of you told me that the alarm clock is a bit loud and startling, I thought about switching to a more gentle one. However, if it’s too soft, it will lose its function as an alarm. So this time I lowered the high frequency so that it won’t sound so harsh. What do you think about today’s alarm?

It's nice how useful and helpful it is. I use for studying but even when I'm nervous, when my heart's beating so fast for no reason, I close my eyes and listen to the birds singing, the sound of the road, the sweet piano... It helps me to calm down. Everybody said it but, again, thank you so much for your videos

55:58 I'm not exactly studying on something but I am working on a painting I lost several months back. I messed up the first time painting so now I'm making at least 13 final draft copies so that if I mess up again, I don't have to worry about making another copy. I prefer summer bc it is when the weather and everything around it is at its nicest. Everything is green, the temperature is warm and I don't have to bother with curling up in so many layers till I pass out. I'm not very tolerant with the cold too well so I'm very grateful to the Universe when summer is around. I also get to eat cold treats such as popsicles or ice cream.

I'm at the second break right now and this is actually such a great help. I'm working on my homework for university, which is quite a lot for different courses, and I either can't focus at all or get immersed into the work for around an hour, before I feel almost burnt out and can't work on it anymore. But the nature sounds and the music are very well chosen and I don't feel as distracted as I would be with different kinds of music, like soundtracks, and the little breaks in between remind me to take a minute (or five) off to have a drink and take a breather, so I can actually pull through until I'm finished with everything. I'm sad I didn't find this channel sooner, it's so helpful, and you definitely earned yourself a new subscriber! :)

this helps a lot, so i don't just kill my brain by study for like 5 hours at once. i'm in online school and lately it has been so, so difficult. i even got dropped out of one of my classes because of how behind i was. believe it or not.. i have like 200 assignments missing. it's summer break, i don't know if i'll pass. i'm really worried 24/7 because of school, but it's my fault it's like this. study with me s help a lot, but i'm just tryna have some self discipline and try to at least get half of my assignments done before july. 100 in legit 1 1/2 week. if that.. :(
