Probably the only one to notice this….but 1st story, a liberal definitely wrote that story. Author writes “Significant Other” vs “Boyfriend” or “Girlfriend” and no pronouns are really used. “Charlie” was used in place where pronouns should have been used and it graded on my nerves bc its redundant to use a proper noun over & over again like that. I only noticed one time a pronoun was used to refer to Charlie & it was “they.” …. To me Charlie is a dude’s name. So, my brain auto decided this is a story about a girl on a trip with her boyfriend but with irritating grammar.

Dude… you’re really making nothing into a big deal. Charlie is gender neutral name. It’s been used for girls and guys for years now. Just like how in the early 2000s yellow was seen a gender neutral color. I had to throw that fun fact in there for you so you wouldn’t accuse the term gender neutral into being a liberal term. But… all colors are gender neutral in case you weren’t sure on that. Anyway, carry on. It’s just sad you’re so worked up over a silly story.
