I was a cop during the time Rescendez was roaming. I lived in a state where he was active. The worst night of my life was the night all jurisdictions in my area were called to the railroad crossing just five hundred feet from my family home. Never have I ever abused lights, sirens or speed limits to get to a call and it wasn't even mine. Mom was fine and was hiding with a firearm. I talked her down and she slapped me in front of tive different flavors of cops because she was that jacked up. Investigations suggested he went by that day but was warned off by all the po-po. Mom knew before police because someone had called to warn her.... She was friends with all the agencies in fhe area. To this day, thanks to whatever beings watch over us, whomever made that call, and to my sergeant on that shift.

Karol Kot's excuse for hurting his sister was because, according to him, his parent loved her more. Doubtful that there was anything to that. However, his awful behavior probably caused them to love her more in the long run. Also, he was cruel to the family's cats. The guy sounds like a born psychopath.

I think they should rework the lawful terminology of the insanity plea and innocence findings. The person is not innocent BECAUSE they are insane. Insanity alone is not a basis for or cause to commit murder or be innocent of it but rather the inability to execute proper judgement. Many murderers act on anger or stress or resentment or vengeance from past or current abuse rendering their mind incapable of discerning right from wrong. Some even have little to no recollection or ability to stop themselves. Not sure exactly what to call it but insane and mental illness are different

I think when videos say "worst" they do not mean the body count but the methods and modus operandi. Dahmer or Gary Ridgway are worse than Samuel Little imo despite killing less people. The only interesting thing about Samuel Little is that he was able to draw the faces of his victims.
