38:45 This pisses me off about the UK justice system. She served her time. Ok. The verdict was even completely reasonable. Ok. But why the hell should she get a new identity? Everybody who is ever around her, who might have their kids around her, should be allowed to make an informed decision about whether they think she’s trustworthy or safe to be around. Why is her safety and comfort more important than everybody else’s? She should be allowed to make a life, work, and suffer no more legal consequences now that she’s served her time, but if you don’t want a shit reputation, don’t do shitty things.

@annacostello5181 he's hardly "famous", he's really only known in the UK but he was not a serial killer. A serial killer (also called a serial murderer) is typically a person who murders three or more people, with the murders taking place over more than a month and including a significant period of time between them. While most authorities set a threshold of three murders, others extend it to four or lessen it to two, however it would still have to be separate murders, each committed some time apart from each other and at two separate locations. He just committed a double homicide, so no, he is not a serial killer.

@@badazzbarbiePOV I think it is also dependent on the context of the conversation, like if the guy were saying "She was at the store" (a location), it is different than if he were saying something about her character in the past, as in "She was a good person". I have seen some shows where the suspect is just saying something in the past that is not "character" related and the show will make that "accusation". Some shows use this logic correctly others really don't, but I have seen so many I can't point to a specific example as they have all become a blur at this point.
@bobbyboygaming215711 ай бұрын
@@alisonrose1879 LOL. I guess it depends what the conversational context is. For example giving providing a "last-known-location" in the past tense versus a comment about a person's character in the past tense. The latter would be the "suspicious one", but I have see a lot of crime shows and at this point I am pretty sure I have seen some make this claim when the suspect is just saying something like "I last saw him/her at the store".
