It's truly frightening just thinking of how ancient the Middle East is and thinking about those Psy Ops guys in plain clothes. My husband and I listen to Let's Read and also like to fall asleep to Creepypasta stories most nights. We also share this KZbin account. It did have both our names but I don't comment very often and so we just threw one of his photos from The War in Iraq on here and removed my name, which is Kelli BTW. I first heard this story earlier this evening today while Luke was out getting something about forty minutes from our house. I was listening while trying to go back to sleep... But, after hearing this Afghanistan story, my nerves were just balled up and I was pretty freaked out after hearing all of it. My husband, Luke, he was in the Middle East around the same time. He was a Specialist and his training was in War Photography and Videography in the Army. As soon as he walked in the door, I had him listen to the story and he was just as unsettled as I was. The thing is that I had freaked myself out some last night when I couldn't stop thinking about how one might survive if they awoke without ANY senses... No smell, no touch, no voice, no hearing, no vision... How would one communicate? How would a doctor even know what the problems were? How would or could you communicate with anyone. And most frightening, what would you be feeling or thinking about what was happening to you if this happened to you? I would probably think I were dead and in Hell alone and in so much fear I'd die of a heart attack or something. Idk, but I couldn't stop thinking about how much horror you would be feeling... So whenever I heard about the skinned man with no eyes, screaming, entrails hanging out and not reacting whenever muskets shot the man/thing and big chunks would fall/fly off the thing and it wouldn't react... So, it couldn't feel I'm thinking? So strange to hear this story honestly only a few hours after I was kind of freaked out about having no senses, and it seems as if this skinned man didn't have any senses. It's hard to describe how even hearing of these events makes me feel... It's a haunting feeling and a story that is continuing to today with the visions of the skinless man in the mirror this soldier or veteran still sees... I just have to say this is just so frightening, one of, if not THE scariest thing I've ever heard... This comment was at the top of my comment feed, and I'm just surprised there aren't more replies.

Yeah I don't know what that person is talking about "when two morphs become one" or whatever, but a chimera, genetically speaking, is an organism that contains at least two different sets of DNA. Fertilized eggs can fuse together, but retain separate DNA. Fun fact: Lydia Fairchild almost had her kids taken away from her because they had different DNA than she did, even though there were witnesses to the woman giving birth to each child. This was because she was, in effect, her own twin - two people in one - a chimera. So a cheek swab for DNA testing read differently because her reproductive organs are her sister!

Chimera doesn't mean what the person said in this story, also a German Shepherd unless a panda Shepard won't be half black or white, mixing a black and a white doesn't make a mixture of the two it's common known dog breeding genetics unfortunately. As someone who knows this it makes my eye twitch when I hear inaccurate animal information in stories. The DNA and genetic color coding of the breed just doesn't work the way the person who wrote the story said :-/ alsona chimera is when two different sets of dna form together from two different things. The technical term for a dog which is white and black is piebald or in Shepherd dogs it's called a panda shepherd but one of the parents has to carry the gene its self. It's pretty cool if you actually wanna see some cool dog genetic and color combos there is a group on Facebook called something like "dog color and genetics" or something and they post all kinds of unique dogs and other animals at times!

I remember this one time I was dreaming, everything was dark and I was really scared because I was having paralysis, then I started hearing this guys voice echoing in the distance getting closer, and I felt very calm the closer his voice got, then it was morning already, the sun was shining and it all felt very weird because I haven't heard this guys voice in my entire life, so I was super surprised when I found this guy... I was like "hey, this is the guy I heard in my dreams" lol.
