I’m 57, a nurse, and have struggled with all these issues mentioned. Depression, panic, poor sleep, fatigue. Now post menopause weight gain. Have been walking outdoors a few miles, weight lifting, swimming. 2-4 days a week. But yoga I discovered 15 years ago-and if you want to be tired and de-toxed, yoga will do it. It lots of stretching. I also read my Bible, devotional books, and listen to this music(or piano, classical, drums). I’ve found a combination of physical exercise and emotional/mental release with hopeful/positive messages works best. I do medical and psych nursing, so I have to take care of all parts of me, to be able to help others. I fully understand that everybody struggles on different levels, but remember we all basically need regular exercise and spiritual guidance. I also drink herbal teas(camomile, ginger, Tumeric) hot at night after exercise and a hot bath. Did you know warm milk with nutmeg will help you sleep?! These will help if done as a routine. Keep trying till you find what works for you. There are answer; keeping searching and asking. My friends; we share what info helps us all.

Two years of suffering, two horrific brain surgeries, years of therapy. I had to stop going to University. My mom tried to manage the small business so we could all survive. - It cost all the money my dad had saved to improve the business, buying some new machines. All for nothing. He was 50 years old when he passed. It's taken me a lifetime trying to understand and try to make sense of it all. Obviously it's impossible. Healing hugs to you and yours. 🤗🙏💜

Hi.😊😊 I have never met you, we will probably never meet. But you've found my comment, among all these thousands. If you are seeing this comment then take this as your sign that things will get better, that things will be alright, that you can get through this. Whatever troubles bring you here, or if you're simply here for the sake of relaxing, remember that you are important, you are valid, and that you have a right to be here. You are braver and stronger than you think. You're still here, trying to make things better and to live a better life. So whatever is keeping you up at night, it is not stronger than you. You can get through this. I don't know you, you can dismiss this as the meaningless words of a stranger, or you can believe me. Whatever you chose, I believe in you.

I have a huge problem with sleep. I go to bed, manage to get to sleep but around 50 minutes to an hour later I am awake...usually for the rest of the night, my mind starts racing, I have health issues and unfortunately anxiety and depression. I am then a zombie the next day and fall asleep for short naps throughout the day. Last night when I woke up I found your channel and some of the most calming music I have ever heard! I always listen to something to try and get back to sleep, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Last night I fell back to sleep within 15 minutes!!! And slept a further 5 hours. OMG I felt like a new woman and could have run a marathon. I know it sounds silly but your videos literally saved my life, sleep deprivation is like torture. Ive just woken up again now so I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart (sorry for the long comment). Im going to pop another video on and hopefully sleep all night again. Thank you. X

Firstly, I want to thank whoever it is that has made this channel and its content, please keep it going. Secondly, let us all acknowledge the kindness of the author by only permitting ads at the start. Too many others like this channel have ads randomly cycled, and it breaks the spell, making their content useless, even if it is helpful. I have tried a lot of other such channels on KZbin to help me sleep, and this channel has been a salvation of sorts. I put this music on, and I am off to sleep, pretty fast. Without it, I would lie in bed, and my mind would just keep racing. With it, it’s almost trance-like, and I am in dreamland rather effortlessly. Thank you for your music, it has made a considerable difference for me, and I sincerely appreciate it.

I don't listen to anyone else these days for my sleep music .

Its like you loose control cant figure out where you are, cant get a clear thought until you start breathing normaly, get the lights on and try to act calm. This usually goes from 30-90minutes. I cant go on with normal sleep for that night and even the next days are wrapped in fear that it will happen again when I start sleeping. This comes from anxiety and stress. Thanks SleepTube I use the binaurals before sleeping in some kind of meditation which calms my thoughts and gives me kind of good feeling. This took me to memories of childhood. It opened drawers that had pictures and feelings I had experienced in decades. I even tasted something in one drawer I can’t even begin to explain. At one point something opened and my brain interpreted it as God. It scared me but then it was like a wave of peace like I’ve never ever felt. It came on with a golden tone or yellowish tone or light. I couldn’t see any describable shapes or faces. It was a peace I couldn’t describe with a million words. I wonder if it was some type of seizure. There was a rhythm to it it but it wasn’t the music. I don’t remember the music at all in any of it even though it was on the entire time. I want to go back there now….. I hope I can. This is going to sound so crazy…the taste I experienced I am associating with my mother somehow. The smell was kind of gardenia…..but not specific. I now wonder if this music opened memories of my life before the age of 1. The peace I felt was of an oblivious ultimate type that’s just so hard to verbalize and nothing experienced in my conscious life. There was such a sense of maybe satisfaction…like almost a rush of drug feeling “perfect” without words. The sepia tone is strong with this. I vaguely feel warm on my face and as if tremendous hands are cradling me…but not physical…more like cradling this feeling or memory if this memory were something physical and holdable. I’m having an impossible time describing and the more I try to remember it, the more the feeling fails me and flees my mind. I need to try and go back now. Have to get back there.

I want to thank everyone who is here empowering others to be themselves their whole self. If you come by this know that I appreciate your existence, you are not alone, you are not unworthy, you are loved by the creations of the universe. She will be here to guide you on your path of self discovery, she will hold your hand when you feel lost, and when your feeling alone and empty she brings here creations and children to remind you that your apart of a bigger life. Your creating your kingdom on earth. To anybody needing love like I do. I love you all. 💛

This worked like a charm last night. I only had 6 hours to unwind and sleep, normally this is not enough for me to get me trough the day. A couple of minutes before the end of this session, i woke up feeling rested and and slept 2 hours more until the alarm went off. Those 2 hours felt like extra sleep👌🏻. Thank you for sharing this amazing brainhack🙏

It gets worse before it gets better. Then it gets bad again then good. But the good part about the bad is it makes you appreciate the good more when it happens.. also perception is everything, try to stay positive there are people out there who have it so much worse, be thankful for all your blessings even the small ones! Rest up, take care.

My gf also uses your channel for sleeping, and she showed me, and I'm super thankful. I got her into meditational music, but she taught me a lot about meditation. I just woke up from a nap while playing this. I had a dream where I woke up and started going about my day only to “wake up” several more times. Eventually I ended up lucid dreaming fully aware I was still asleep and creating my own scenarios in a short loop where I would eventually “wake up” again. Listen at your own risk lol I will say that I feel very refreshed and like I slept for 6 hours when in reality I didn’t even get all the way through the video 2:33:21

Feeling like I’ve lost a part of myself the past few months, but I trust myself to always return. Anxiety has caused me to drink more which then later gives me anxiety the next day, then I have to drink to just go to sleep. So it’s a vicious cycle. I finally did yoga again for the first time in months and meditated, and today said my affirmations. Sometimes I fall off my path, but looking back, I always get back on. We’re all doing better than we think. Love and strength to you all, thank you Zac 💕✨

Mindfulness is key. Why worry about the past; it’s past. Learn from it for what you can and press onward. Stay in the now. The present is where you are living, not the past or the future. If you meditate to stay focused on staying in the now a lot of things that cause deep depression and anxiety fall off. I am a 42 single male left arm amputee. I lost the arm at 26. The year I had planned to slow down and find a wife. Now i am 15 years older lost my high paying job for I could not commute any longer. I’ve pretty much lost it all. Not even any friends left. Only my parents remain and cat. If I do not stay in a present state of mind things will pop off and I cannot let that happen. Frequencies are important everything in our universe responds to vibrations. Be well look up and forward, never down or behind. We can all help each other. After all every living thing is connected.
