Your thesis statement will need to be broader so that you can answer each question in your body paragraphs. For example: Discuss wheat farming as a successful business model. In your discussion, make sure you address farm management, sales of wheat products, and the environmental impact of wheat farming," Your thesis statement could be something like this: “Wheat farming can be a profitable business as well as providing a greener environment for the future."

Will three or four sentences constitute one paragraph consisting of 200 words?

Usually there are at least 4 or 5 sentences in a typical body paragraph. An introduction paragraph may sometimes only have 3 or 4 sentences. Also most sentences should only have between 10-25 words, so 4 sentences consisting of 200 words would mean about 50 words for each sentence. That would be too long. I hope that helps.

@@WritingBetter You're talking about college essay which consists of 1000-1200 words. Whereas I am talking about long essays of 2500-3000 words.

I see. I still think that 3 or 4 sentences for one paragraph consisting of 200 words might be difficult to write. When sentences get too long, they tend to have grammatical errors.

This is the basic structure for a 5 paragraph essay. A research paper will include similar things but be more detailed. It would be good to check for information on dissertation introductions if that is what you are looking for.
