Thank you! I am a jr blackbelt and was taught the forms but not correctly. I just got over an injury that took 7 months to recover from and 5 months to even be able to stand. I still haven't fully recovered my strength and balance and the stances also hurt to do but it's getting better. This helped me spark my memory
