Ingredients:
1)Sing paak
-250 grams Peanuts ( Roast the peanut, then remove the skin and make powder )
-250 grams Jaggery
-30 grams Desiccated Coconut
-50 ml Ghee
2)Winter Special Walnut (Akhrot) Halwa
-1/2 cup Ghee
-3/4 cup Walnut Powder
-3 tbsp wheat flour(opptional)
-3/4 cup hot water
-1 cup sugar
-1 cup Unsweetened khoya (modo mawa)
-1/2 cup Walnut (Chopped)
-Pinch of Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
-Cashew (Cut it in two part )
-kishmish
-Pista flakes
3)Delhi Special Besan Panjiri
-1 cup Ghee
-1 cup besan (dardara flour)
-1/4 cup rava
-3/4 cup Jaggery powder / powder sugar / bura sugar
-1/2 cup Makhana
-1/4 cup Cashew
-1/4 cup Almond
-2 tbsp kishmish
-1/2 cup grated coconut
For Panjiri masala :
1 tbsp Variyali
1 tbsp Back Pepper
1/2 tbsp Ajwain
2 to 3 Cardamom (Elaichi)
