For handva ka aata:
1 cup jirasar rice / khichdiya rice
1/4 cup toor dal
1/4 cup udad dal
1/2 cup chana dal
For handva fermentation :
2 cup handva flour
1/2 cup curd[ khatta]
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp curd [ khatta ]
For handva masala :
1 cup lauki [ grated ]
1/2 cup fresh tuver dana / matar dana
1/4 cup hara dhaniya
1/4 cup boiled corn
1/4 cup carrot [ chopped ]
1 tbsp green chilli
2 tsp adrakh
2 tsp lasoon
1/4 cup chopped roasted peanut
pinch of hing
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp sugar
pinch baking soda
salt to taste
For tadka:
4-5 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 no. dry red chilli
2 tbsp white sesame seeds
